Why is there no charge for an estimate?
Our proposal is complimentary and includes initial consultation, design ideas and a written description and project investment.
Is the estimated price guaranteed?
YES. 100%!! We will never ask for another dime. If we make a mistake it is our problem, not yours.
IS IT MESSY or loud?
No lies. Any renovation is going to cause inconvenience. Our goal is to keep that to a minimum, but we will always protect the egress areas with the proper protection materials, i.e. panels, floor plastic, protection blankets, etc., If we damage anything while working on your project we will fix it.
How do you store your equipment, remove construction waste?
In most cases we will determine with you what area outside we can designate to drop a small roll off dumpster, small storage container and a port o let bathroom.
Who does the work?
Most of the work is done by our own in house employees, something most of our competitors cannot claim. Our in house craftsman include trim carpenters, framers, painters, drywall finishers and flooring installation, tile setters, Project managers and Project Supervisors. Our good friends and neighbors that own their own businesses that we will contract with would include the MEP Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Tradesmen.
Scheduling?
VERY AGGRESSIVE as stated previously. We do not want to inconvenience you more than absolutely necessary, this is why we are so aggressive in our scheduling. We will complete your project 30 to 50 percent faster than most of our competitors because we can schedule our in house employees in lieu of waiting on a sub contractor whos truck broke down or forgot to order product or has another job to be at. We want to work and like you, we work very hard. We want your life back to normal as soon a possible as you do. We want you enjoying your new home as soon as possible.
Clean up and finishing?
We will of course clean up the project site on a daily basis at the end of each working day. A final walk through between you and us will take place at each substantial phase and at the end of the project, at that point all “touch up” items and a final thorough clean will have taken place.
